Mazen Alsabe

I have been licensed as a real estate agent in RI and Massachusetts for more than a decade. With over a decade of experience in real estate brokerage and development, coupled with a decades of experience in civil engineering, I bring a unique perspective to the Rhode Island and Massachusetts housing markets. I hold an Associate's Degree from the University of Damascus and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from UMASS Dartmouth. After graduating in 1987, I gained valuable experience in residential housing development and later earned my General Contractor’s license in Rhode Island, giving me multi-faceted expertise that benefits my clients in both buying and selling properties. Since becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2011, I have leveraged my deep knowledge of construction, development, and market dynamics to guide my clients toward successful transactions. Fluent in English and Arabic, I am committed to serving my diverse community with professionalism and personalized care.
