After dealing with two other realtors who left me feeling pretty uneasy about the whole process, working with Mr. Santos was a completely different experience. From day one, he was open, honest, and took the time to explain how everything worked whenever I had questions. He really listened to what we wanted, which was a place that was a little out in the middle of nowhere, but still close enough to everything to which it was an inconvenience to go out. He helped us find the right home in Leominster. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured. We had a great experience working with him, and when family starts moving up this way over the next few years, Mr. Santos will absolutely be the person we call again. Highly recommend. 6 stars!!!
