ight from the start, we were impressed by Peter's attention to detail. We had a unique property in our area. Another national realtor we spoke to, did the usual, "these are comparable properties in your immediate area... the price should be X" routine. Peter had that same information but went much further evaluating the recent sales around the entire city in order to determine the price that best reflected all the features our house had to offer. He suggested 100K more than the other realtor. We were under agreement after just two showings in two weeks and we got our full asking price! All this on the front end of the Covid crisis.
