I couldn't recommend Declan more. Declan recently sold my condo that he actually sold to me almost 14 years ago. When it came time to sell he was the the first person I called and I am glad I did. I knew he was fair and could be trusted from our first transaction. Not only was he extremely helpful getting me up to speed with how to get my place ready so i could get the best price, he used his knowledge of the local market to price it right, and were able to get over asking. But the biggest reason for the high recommendation is that when a few bumps in the road presented themselves, Declan knew exactly how to get past them and settle my nerves at the same time.
