Michael is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, communicative, detailed, listens and sincerely tunes into what YOU want. Our personal encumbered circumstances were quite challenging, yet Michael was very accommodating, forthcoming, and committed. He stood by us, provided us sound market advice, found the right home for us for a fair price, and made escrow a breeze, all in a covid year. We were so grateful, that when we finished signing, had it been a normal year... we just wanted to hug him! Even after we closed, he helped us with a few more details while we moved in, which was so caring, when we had just come from out-of-state into unknown territory. We were brand new in CT, and felt we had already made a friend.

We reached out to Michael after finding him via Zillow and admittedly were a little skeptical. After the first exchange, every hesitation went away. I'm not even sure I can list all the reasons he and his team are amazing. He made the entire process of listing and selling our home so smooth. He provided excellent guidance to help prepare for pictures and showing our home. He demystified the entire process and made sure we understood what was next, how long things could take, and what to expect. Michael and his team paid attention to details and put out quality materials from the listing and 360 video to the binder with info sheets doing the open house. He was also great at keeping our realtor on the buying side of our parralel process in the loop. This is my first experience selling a home, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but he and his team surpassed our expectations in every way. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat.
