Kathryn Ashley Conway

I was born and raised in Springfield, Louisiana but fell in love with the culture and vitality of Acadiana the first time I visited family in Lafayette. After receiving my BBA from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012, my heart knew that Lafayette was where I wanted to start a career and call home. Upon moving to the area, I worked for 10 years as an assistant property manager in a large, multi-tenant building where I nurtured a passion watching others build their businesses by providing them with exceptional customer service, attention to detail and maintained a high standard for all leased premises. I came to realize that this experience, my strong work ethic and my servant’s heart would translate seamlessly into the real estate industry. I have an infectious smile and a laugh to match! I am truly dedicated to my work!
