I opened my first retail business at the age of 24. I owned and operated numerous businesses over the next 18 years at the Riverwalk Marketplace in downtown New Orleans. I have operated out of 13 separate locations within the mall constantly growing and expanding my various businesses. This has given me a broad perspective regarding what products did or did not sell based on the different demographics of the various locations. My Real Estate career began in 2014, but the passion existed before then. It all started in 2005, while I was in college. My first semester at UNO was cancelled due to the natural disaster known as Hurricane Katrina. Hurricane Katrina flooded out much of New Orleans. My city was experiencing such a shortage of housing that when I returned to school the idea of helping families find affordable living thru homeownership was all I can focus on. In November of 2014, after working in restaurants for 18 years, I finally became a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Louisiana.
