BIO: Native of the Bronx, New York, I have been a resident of Southeast Louisiana for over a decade. My hobby and passion in fitness and nutrition has brought her down a path as a personal trainer and wellness coach. The most inspiring moments to me are having the ability to paint the picture and give clients what it takes to visualize their own outcome before it even exists. It’s a breath of fresh air and the most satisfying to observe the results all come together. As a wife and mother of 4, my job never stops at home. Adding to the list, I have put all her efforts into becoming a Real Estate Agent to be apart of one of the biggest life changing moments for clients and their families.
