Paul Fiepke

My name is Paul Fiepke, and I was born and raised in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Civil Engineering and have spent the past eight years working in construction and project management. From heavy renovations to new construction, I've developed a strong understanding of what makes a home well-built, functional, and a sound investment. My engineering background has also strengthened my analytical approach, allowing me to evaluate properties with a keen eye for quality, value, and long-term potential. My passion for real estate began in college through my interest in personal finance, investing, and wealth building. That passion runs in my familymy grandfather owned his own real estate brokerage in Elizabethtownand inspired me to pursue a career helping others achieve their real estate goals.
