Dedicated to giving back, Lesa serves actively on numerous boards. She has held a seat on the Louisville Regional Airport Authority Board since 2013. She charis the Kentucky Commission on Small Business Innovation and Advocacy. On a national level, Lesa serves as National Secretary on the National Association of Women Business Owners board. She represents the Louisville Regional Airport Authority on the Airports Council International – North America Board of Directors, the U.S. Policy Council, and chairs the North American Airport Commissioners Committee. She also serves on the GLI Board of Directors and the Jeffersontown Chamber Marketing Committee.
