Sandy Wendt

Sandy has been a resident of Wichita since 1999 and although she has gained a thorough knowledge of the community, she can still see it through the eyes of someone coming to town for the first time. Having lived in both a farm community and the city gives her a unique insight into the concerns of those people entering a new environment. Brought to the area by Corporate Relocation of her husbands employer, she has first-hand knowledge of the needs of families facing the same challenges--both good and bad. Sandy uses the latest of technology as well as plain old hard work when finding you a new home or selling your current home. We now have the ability to interact with a Buyer or Seller down the street or around the world. She believes that clear and constant communication translates into a smooth real estate transaction.
