I am really happy that Rob was my buying agent when I was away. He has handled everything very professionally, replied to my inquiries very fast and his advises helped me to avoid many hassles I was not aware of before (like dealing with banks, setting offer price etc.). Rob applied a balance of factual information and a "gut feel" for the current market to guide us through the buying and selling process. Not only that but he is also a great all around person. While I was looking for a house, Rob responded quickly to any questions I had and was flexible in setting up viewings. Once I found a place I liked, he helped me move quickly and make an offer over a weekend. Rob made sure things went smoothly during the closing process, again responding quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions (which there were plenty of). I had some unexpected problems after moving in, and Rob got ahold of the seller's agent and helped make sure I knew what I needed to do. He is absolutely genuine in his desire to help people, and the level of service I have received has far exceeded my expectations.

Rob is an excellent, friendly, and honest, buyer's agent realtor. He responds quickly when contacted and when putting in bids for homes. He has his own website where he lists homes for sale. He went beyond showing me homes by helping to inspect them for me and pointing out problems with the homes to me. For example I was interested in a home which I didn't know was in a flood zone and he was honest to let me know it was in a flood zone and explained that my home insurance would be extremely high if living there. I recommend him as a excellent buyer's agent.
