Kristi Porter has served the Kansas City metro real estate market since 2004, bringing 22 years of experience to buyers and sellers across Kansas & Missouri. Licensed with LPT Realty & based in Shawnee, KS, Kristi holds an M.A. in Organizational Leadership & a B.S. in Business Management from Baker University, along with the ABR,CLHMS, & WHS designations. Her approach is relationship driven with education first. About 90% of her business comes from repeat and referral clients who trust her to guide them through every step of the process. Kristi is active in the industry beyond her own practice, participating in the Kansas Association of REALTORS RightTrack Leadership Program serving as the President. She has also served on various boards at KCRAR. Since 2016, Kristi has also owned and operated a local Kona Ice franchise, serving communities throughout KS & MO. She enjoys giving back through the business & bringing a little extra joy to community events throughout the metro.
