Shanan Steere is the founder and lead agent of Shanan Group at LPT Realty, now in her 30th year in real estate. Kansas City has been home for more than three decades. In her first eight years, Shanan sold more than 550 homes before expanding into franchise ownership, leadership and national real estate coaching. Today, she personally represents both buyers and sellers throughout the KC metro, specializing in divorce-related real estate, relocation, downsizing/right-sizing, luxury homes and investment properties.
