Penny Thurman

I first started in real estate investing in 1990. Since then I was able to obtain my real estate license in 2001. Since that time, I have been fortunate to assist many buyers and sellers as well as real estate investors. My background in building, rehabs, and rentals has provided me with first hand experience that not all other agents have gone through. My building experience and continual maintenance on my own rentals has provided me with experience that I am able to pass on to my clients. I have clients that are still calling me for ideas or contractors 15 years after they purchased their home. I am always excited to be able to continue to help my past clients. I consider all of my client--clients for life!
