I've been a full time realtor since 1987. In order to give my buyers and sellers the best service, I have continued my education by getting the following designations CRS, GRI and SFR. It's important to have good communication. I am not part of a team but I have two experience agents that are available if needed. Before becoming a realtor, I handled the acquired property for Farm Credit Service for four counties in Kansas. This required doing the appraisals on the properties and then listing them with realtors. Our area came out in the black. There is nothing I won't tackle. I have sold a small piece of land for $2,000 and a package of 12 town homes.
