When we first met Sharon, she explained that her job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Sharon would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. She also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far.

Sharon did a wonderful job from day one. She was able to move things along as quick as possible, as well as always responding in a timely manner. As soon as the offer was accepted she got to work with all of the paperwork, and we were able to close sooner than expected.

Sharon was absolutely helpful through the home buying process. My husband and I are first time homebuyers so the process was quite overwhelming. With Sharons knowledge, understanding and patience, the process was smooth and easy. She answered every question I had, even on weekends! There is no doubt that Sharon is one of the very best!
