From the first time we spoke with Jodie over the phone, she heard and listened to what we wanted;our expectations even if they were a little over the top. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect. She explained every detail of each form from top to bottom. We always new what was going on. The best part is that she never let us take a bad offer and let us know it was up to us. Her inputs and suggestions were great and not pushy or rushed. They were times were we weren't sure and she would advice us to sleep on it. Our home sold quickly indeed!The paper work well that takes 30 days to process and close on the house. At times we were worried it wouldn't go through But she assured us that it was going well and it was pretty much sold. If it wasn't a good match she let us know sooner rather then later. Being a first time seller we felt very comfortable and knowledgeable on what was going on through the whole process. Again thank you Jodie for your service and be blessed.
