Steve and Tonda, and their team, were absolutely fabulous to work with on the purchase of our dream home and the sale of our previous home. They were fabulous at guiding us through the negotiation process for both our purchase and our sale (which can be confusing and uncomfortable for someone less familiar with the process, like myself). They also did an outstanding job helping us list our home for sale in the best way (fabulous photography, great timing and strategy, etc.). Steve and Tonda are undoubtedly experts in their industry. On top of being savvy, theyre pleasant, caring, considerate individuals who we completely trusted and had fun with! Anyone would be lucky to work with them to buy or sell.

They were very informative and helpful during the whole home-buying process. They were always available to us for questions or concerns we had. We bought a beautiful home and we owe so much to The Hoagland Group for all the hard work they put into helping us buy the home we really wanted.

They have a highly professional office and were very helpful in preparing our home to list. I appreciated their candor and wealth of information, and once they provided us with the information, they stepped back and did not pressure us into a specific decision. Our home sold much more quickly than I anticipated, and I credit the Hoaglands with that. If I buy/sell a home again, I will definitely return to The Hoagland Group.

We left them in charge of the house after we moved out of state. They checked on the house, kept us informed, sent us updates on sales in our area, found a title company that would let us close in AZ, and made the whole process easy.
