We used Rachael as both our buying and selling agent when we purchased our new house and eventually sold our old house. Rachael was knowledgeable about the current market, resources, and the process, listened to us and gave sound advice accordingly, and was a very strong advocate for us in both transactions. More importantly, Rachael was honest, fair, and professional, available to help, and amazing to work with. She took care of a lot of the leg work and made the process as convenient as possible. We highly recommend Rachael and would use her again... but we like our house and don't plan on moving again soon

In a word.... thorough! Rachael went the extra mile, even when it wasn't necessarily her responsibility. We had a difficult time transitioning from California to Indiana, but Rachael took us through all of the "snafus" with ease, professionalism, and the class you would expect from a real estate agent. Have you ever bought a house sight-unseen? I wouldn't recommend it.
