I am an attorney in the Chicagoland area and my firm was appointed Trustee of a Trust. The Grantor's of the Trust had passed away and my firm was tasked with selling the Grantor's house. I reached out to Jacquelyn for help and she went above and beyond in helping sell the property. First, Jacquelyn showed me the comps in the area and convinced me that my asking price was too low, so we bumped it up. After that, she was able to secure us multiple offers within the first week the house went on the market. Not only that, all of the offers were above the increased asking price and some even waived inspection! Jacquelyn went above and beyond by returning to the property one night after a showing when the showing realtor claimed their was a water leak in the basement. Luckily it was just a false alarm. Jacquelyn was very kind and considerate when she met a few of the beneficiaries and made the task of selling a family home a little more comforting. I look forward to working together again
