Realtors dont always get the best shake, but allow me a moment to restore your faith! I had the pleasure of meeting Noe Favela, a realtor in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. This man is an angel. Not only did he make himself available anytime, but he went above and beyond what any realtor is known to do. Let me explain. Our inspection came back with some chipped paint, which isnt uncommon. They buyers, God bless them where willing to let it go, but their lender required it to be fixed before the loan would be approved. This was bad news for us because I had already started my new position about 4 hours away. My wife texts me around 6:00 (its already dark outside) to let me know the Noe was outside on a latter scraping all of the paint along our gutters. Obviously, I was surprised by his incredible act of kindness. The craziest part, he would thank me for letting him come by. All this to say, if you are looking for a realtor in this area, Noe Favela is your man.

I was looking for a realtor with experience and the knowledge to help me with the sale of my Property. I found Noe Favela on the Remax Directory. Looking at his profile pic gave me the assurance he was the realtor I was looking for. I met him and immediately he started to work, from giving me guidance and putting the property with nice pictures. He was always there byt was never pushy just to get the sale. He looked for my interests always. I will recommend him to all my friends who may need to sell their property. Noe Favela you ate the best. !!

I loved working with Noe in the selling of my home. He was also the realtor I worked for, for when I purchased the home. He is professional and always was on top of his responsibilities. He was fast in answering any questions I had and never had a problem getting a hold of him. All in all very happy with his service.
