Nick provided many housing options in different price ranges around the Champaign county area. We had a few options available however not much on the market that had all the options I was looking for in finding "The Home". Nick was very patient and we finally found "THE HOME"! I did have to increased my initial purchase price some and it was worth it as I closed last week! I would recommend to future home owners to do some homework on the houses you chose and don't be afraid if you need to upgrade your initial purchase price to find all your options you are looking for in a new home. Nick did a fantastic job bringing a difficult house sale to a successful closing. The house he sold was over 150 years old and the transaction was extremely complicated. Nick utilized his vast network of tradesmen to ensure all of the buyers issues raised during inspection were resolved.
