Erika is really unprofessional, I was working with her on a property and I backed out of it and wanted to see another unit and she was dictating the terms of the new unit (telling me what I needed to offer and that I couldn’t negotiate anything )and I didn’t like it. Also, I’m a first time home buyer, I told her I didn’t want to work with her, and now she is wanting to be compensated by my new realtor. She is giving me a bad taste in my mouth” .
