All I can say is if you are not working with Stephanie Sullivan I don't know what you are doing. She is BY FAR the best agent that I have ever worked with. I have purchased a few homes in my lifetime as well used to be a mortgage broker and she surpasses every agent that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you ask any question about the home, schools, area that you are looking at she will give you the best breakdown of all of your questions you have ever seen. A very belated Thank You to you for all your hard work! Thanks for making our dream come true. Your advice was invaluable and we always felt like we were in good hands. Thanks for making all the "bad news" more bearable and for being honest about the reality of what we were in for. We are really enjoying our new home. The boys have made some new friends and our neighbors are very friendly (I'm not so sure how I feel about all the extra rooms to clean!) I'm glad you're getting some well deserved time off!

I purchased my first home this past November, and I couldn't have found a better realtor- Steph Sullivan. She is absolutely amazing. Overall, she is a very trustworthy, thorough, knowledgeable, kind realtor- and also a great negotiator! I would really recommend her to any homebuyer, as she will really put in the time with you and help you find the perfect home. Not only that, she'll continue to help you along even after you've closed! She got me a really great deal on the purchase, and made sure I got the BEST deal possible. She really wouldn't settle for less! She still checks in every once in a while to see how everything is. She truly is a wonderful realtor, and someone I now consider as a friend. So, let's talk about Stephanie. Is she a seller's agent, or a buyer's agent? YES (that's my dramatic way of saying she's both). Six years after buying our first house (which she helped us buy), my family and I outgrew it. We needed to sell our house, and buy a new place, and do it at the exact same time. She got word of mouth going amongst her peers and potential buyers. She got us beautiful pictures and 360 video, so our potential buyers could imagine walking around inside. And it sold within. . .. 4 hours. With multiple offers. Because she put in the prep work, the hustle, the strategy to sell it. And since she got us a price above our listing, we had some more buying room for our new house. Is she a realty ninja? A kind, calm, confident hand on the tiller, soothing my selling and buying anxieties? YES. Stephanie is the ideal of a seller's agent, and the ideal of a buyer's agent. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If they had a 6-star rating I'd be clicking on that.
