As a real estate appraiser, Ive worked with many real estate agents in the Chicago area. I can honestly say Nick Fallico and his team are the absolute best. So much so, when I recently sold my house and purchased a new one, I hired Nick and his team. They are professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Going through the buying and selling process, it was an absolute stress reliever knowing I had Nick guiding me through the process. He always answered his phone or got back to me within the hour.
