While viewing homes, we noticed that other agents would be quietly waiting for their clients opinion. On the other hand, Mike would give us a fully guided tour and thoroughly explain/show us every pro and con of the house we were viewing. It was almost like bringing a home inspector with us. If there was ever an issue, Mike would stand up for us and address it immediately. Mikes vast knowledge, experience and resources are truly invaluable.
