As my husband and I considered moving again I knew I would only feel comfortable using Allison and Im so glad I went with my gut. She was amazing to work with again :). We had a different selling and buying process this time and she was great from beginning to end and after! She couldnt have set us up any better for a quick sell of our house. Then when it came time to buy months later she was ready to help and found us the perfect home. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This was an amazing experience. While the process of buying our first house was both daunting and intimidating, Allison made the process simple and painless. Perhaps one of the best qualities was her approach that she was not selling us a house, but building a relationship that we will use in the future if we choose to resell the house or make upgrades. Following the sale, she continues to stay in regular contact, advising us of market chances in the area. I couldn't have asked for a more honest and trustworthy guide during such an important decision. She absolutely would not let us buy a lemon, and I will be eternally grateful for that.

Allison has been my realtor for the past 4 years (two home purchases and one sale). I will never use another realtor in the Bloomington-Normal area.
