Today, I use that background alongside weekly analysis of Treasure Valley market activity to help sellers price strategically and buyers recognize value with greater confidence. I work throughout Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, and surrounding communities, with experience ranging from conventional homes to luxury properties and relocation clients.
