She has always been available when I called her with a question and has always been exceptionally knowledgeable regarding any properties I have been interested in buying or selling. We totally loved having Shirley for our Property Manager. She always replied to our requests in a timely manner and stayed in contact with us until requests were handled. When our bank got sold out and we had an issue with our rent payment one month, she was very understanding and even suggested a new bank for us and we love our new bank. I wish she was still our Property Manager, she's wonderful to work with
