Chris Nicholson

I was born In Monterey California and at the age of 3 my parents chose to relocate to Coeur d' Alene. I have since called this area home. While attending college I worked part time at the local Ford dealership and then for almost 20 years, as the Parts Manager. My customers became friends and family to me. Eventually the Ford store was sold off and I decided to pursue Real Estate with a friend who had been successful in the business, to which I have now been in for over 8 years. I am married to my amazing wife Mandy, and am proud of my two amazing sons Evan, and Drew ( Evan has now joined me in RE). We feel blessed to live in such a beautiful area that provides such an exceptional way of life. The employment, education, recreation, natural beauty, and most importantly the PEOPLE, are what keep us here.
