I'm Kassie Frogley! Boise native, mom of three, real estate investor, and founder of the Millennial Investing Club. Something I think about a lot: we grew up hearing "invest in real estate, invest in real estate" but nobody ever actually sat down with us and showed us how. Just the same outdated advice our parents got in a completely different market. When I realized the traditional path just doesn't cut it for our generation anymore, unconventional real estate investing became my mission! Parenting in today's economy made one thing crystal clear, the market our parents knew is gone. There's still a path forward, it just looks different than we were told.
