Great realtor. This was our first time doing the process and we had no idea what to expect, but Julie helped us out and kept us very informed throughout the whole process. She also gave us very useful information regarding lenders, inspections providers, etc. while not being too pushy and allowing us to go our own way if desired (we went with hers because they were so good). We were looking for a longer period, as well, and she never made us feel rushed. It was great working with her and I'd recommend her to anyone!

We've known Julie for years and so, when my wife and I started the search for our new home, she was the first person we contacted. Julie is amazing. If she isnt your agent, you are missing out! We were trying to find a place in the Boise area, but live out of state. Julie learned what we liked very quickly and kept up with our changing thoughts as we learned more about the area. We literally had her looking around the whole area and it turned out we decided we liked the area she suggested for us in the first place. Since we were from out of town, she was super quick to let us know of any new houses she thought we would like, and not only pre-toured them to confirm for herself that we would like them, but at times she would even do FaceTime walk throughs with us, saving us a ton of travel costs! We were slow to make decisions at times which lost us a couple opportunities and she was always super supportive even when it took us about 9-10 months to finally close on a house. She is truly the best realtor I have ever worked with.
