If you are a buyer, I will help you navigate the process and will be looking at things pointing out items an inspector will typically note. While you are mentally placing furniture thinking if the house fits your needs, I will be looking for settlement cracks, evidence of water damage, the roof, etc.
If you are a seller, I will advise you on pricing and marketing strategies, not just sell your home on price per sq. ft.!
