I purchased my first home this year. I didn't know anything about the process and luckily, I didn't need to. Helen guided me, calmly answered all of my questions, nudged me to better decisions by looking at alternatives that were far better than my choices, and walked me through the paperwork to close on a house that is perfect for me and beyond my expectations. Helen assisted Ginny and I in purchasing out first home in Boise in 2015. She made it so easy. Over the years we have never had the opportunity to work with a person like her. In 2016 we had a chance to again work with Helen in selling a home and buying another which was also a great experience. Then in October of 2019 we decided to relocate to south Georgia and called upon Helen and Diana to assist us in selling our home in Boise. What a great job did in assisting us with that. In fact they had it sold before finished our trip from Boise to Valdosta, GA They took care of everything through closing without us even being in the area. Both are true professional when it comes to restate.

Helen and Diana helped us purchase a 3 unit income property 2.5 years ago and made the whole experience better than we could have ever hoped for. They were patient and helped us weed through many options to zero in on the perfect one. They supported us and advised us through the whole process, communicating clearly and effectively with us and helping us navigate a unique transaction. To top it all off, they spent the last 2 years checking in on us regularly and providing us with suggestions whenever a need arose. They both go way beyond the call of duty to take care of their clients and we will absolutely be using them for our real estate needs in the future!
