Clayton Clark was very helpful in our home buying process. He provided virtual walkthroughs of several homes and was able to answer all of our questions. He was very responsive to my questions in a timely manner which made it easy to communicate. When we chose a home, he provided regular photo updates and progress reports. All together a great agent that I would recommend to anyone in the Treasure Valley!

Me and my wife were looking to buy our first home and neither of us knew anything at all about the process. Clayton was always available, even when out of town on vacation, responded to emails/text asap. He was extremely helpful. Knew about the local market, did research on neighborhoods, did checks on the homes we looked at. He even helped us to understand a lot of ins and outs about how buying a home works. Was actually more helpful than our lenders with explaining things. Was always available for showings. If we were interested in a home it was typically the next day that we were meeting with him to look at it. I have always been weary of realtors but he changed my entire perception on them. He will walk a home with you, but will also let you walk yourself without feeling like hes on your shoulder. Would give a 10 star review if it was possible!

I needed to sell a an unusual piece of real estate, A commercial building I had converted to a live/work space. He gave good counsel on things that should be done to appeal to buyers, did research to help me determine asking price, was available on a moment's notice if I had questions or problems. I would absolutely use him again in the future.

He did a wonderful job for me. Mine was a tuff one do to my lender having a lot of regulations and the amount of my loan made it a real job to find me a house, but he hung in there and helped me find the right home. Thank u so much Clayton ur the best.
