Megan joined the Signature Real Estate team in April of 2005. Megan is also involved at the state level with IAR and enjoys being part of her local real estate board. When Megans not working the ins and outs of real estate, shes spending QT with her husband, Tim, and 2 sons, Hayes and Boone. She enjoys supporting local businesses, sweatin it out at the gym, traveling, cooking, and has a love for music and wine like no other.

I grew up with my mom working as a Realtor and decided to carry on the family tradition. I am a full time realtor that brings a full time work ethic and enthusiasm to helping you buy your ideal home or acreage or selling your current home or acreage. My family and I are here to stay, with my husband owning his own business and our children going to school in West Des Moines. Prior to working as a Realtor, I taught Spanish and Cultural Issues at Urbandale High School for 14 years. I was also an Adjunct Spanish professor at DMACC for 8 years. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in HRI management with a minor in Spanish, Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a Spanish major and certification to teach Foreign language 7-12 and ESL k-12 from Iowa State University. I also have my Masters degree from the University of Northern Iowa in Spanish/TESOL.

With my passion for Real Estate, I serve as the Vice Chair of The Iowa Real Estate Commission and served as a Board Member for the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors.
