I believe the BEST thing I did was choose Mike. :) Within 48 hours, we were 350 miles across the state of Iowa, and Mike was showing us the house that would eventually become our new home. He knew how to do everything in the process perfectly, he answered all of our questions -- he even gave us a driving tour of the charming town. I think what stands out most in my mind is that he earned our trust by always following through on every detail and keeping us informed.
