I specialize in fine homes and properties on Oahu’s North Shore plus the Diamond Head, Kahala and Waialae area. As the former owner of Sunset Homes in Haleiwa and now a part of Coldwell Banker Island Properties in Honolulu I have equally represented both Sellers and Buyers for 39 years. I take pride in understanding my client’s needs, my ethics & excellent negotiation skills! Plus I am aware of the latest changes in contracts and the marketplace resulting in my clients needs being protected profitability maximized. I have served on the Board of Directors the Honolulu Board of Realtors and also North Shore Regional Chairperson. I’m pleased to have been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Council of Residential Specialists that only 4% of Realtors nationwide have earned. When not busy with my real estate business I enjoy yoga, long walks, swimming and snorkeling. I’m I also passionate about marine life conservation and animal welfare.
