Austin Nakamura

Mililani-born Realtor and one half of the Kristy & Austin Home Group at eXp Realty on Oahu. I grew up in Mililani, graduated from Kamehameha Schools (’08), studied at UNLV, and earned my bachelor’s in Secondary Education from the University of Hawai‘i. Before real estate, I taught secondary English in the Hawai‘i DOE, which trained me to explain complex topics clearly, advocate for others, and support people through big life decisions. Now I use that same educator mindset in real estate. I focus on first-time buyers on Oahu, VA buyers and sellers, local families in Mililani, Koa Ridge, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Honolulu, Kailua, and Central Oahu, and investors looking for legal short-term rentals in Waikiki and Ko Olina. My wife and business partner, Kristy, and I live in Mililani and built our business on transparency, strong negotiation, and genuine care—two agents, one team, all heart.
