Hailing from the heart of Columbia, South Carolina, I laid the foundation for my journey by earning a Bachelors of Arts in Pre-Law/Political Science with an extensive focus on Communication Studies at Furman University in 2003. While my initial path pointed towards law school, I took a bold detour that led me to a MBA with a minor in Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Simultaneously navigating the corporate world and nurturing my own event planning company, I discovered a passion for real estate as an investor and landlord. Immersed in the principles of HUD operations, subsidized, and conventional properties, I became a seasoned participant in numerous real estate deals. These passions, combined with my dedication to my daughters—Fallon, Parker, Peyton and fur baby, Coco—fuel my zest for life and mirror the commitment I bring to each client interaction.
