A great Realtor if you are buying in Atlanta go for her or at least give her a chance if you are not satisfied then you can back out, But let me tell you if you given a her a chance then you will be satisfied with her work and then won't go to anyone else beside her. She is committed and yeah very knowledgeable she often calls you and get in Toch with you and get you the perfect one for you that after seeing the house you won't be able to back out and feel like its made for you.
