I booked a property tour when visiting Spokane from Austin, Texas, and he was ready to roll when I arrived at his office. I relied on Scott to help line up properties that fulfilled my requirements, and I was not disappointed. When I walked into the second property on the list, I knew that this was the house of my dreams, and we put in an offer while standing in the living room. Scott was extremely professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and an adept negotiator. We received a counter offer by midnight that day, and were under contract by the next afternoon. Within 10 days, I was in my new home, and have never been happier. I was a Broker in Santa Fe for several years, so I know the business. Scott is the real deal, and handled my purchase from offer to closing with the highest level of professionalism. I will definitely use him again for any real estate deals in the future!

Scott was recommended to us through our HOA to aid us in selling our condo. He was AMAZING! He was also very patient as it took us some extra time to get things moving. He helped us find a contractor to help clear out the condo and complete some repairs. Best contractor I have ever dealt with too! He managed to help us every step of the way, from dealing with the HOA, to prepping the property, down to guiding us in the listing and final sales price. He made things pretty easy, don't think I would ever consider selling on my own with the experience, professionalism, patience and advice received from Scott. This sticky situation took way too much time (that is on us), but helped us every step of the way through a final sale which was better than we expected! There were some minor last minute things that he helped us with that saved us as well. I have a hard time with the idea of using anyone else for residential real estate services. You just can't go wrong with Scott May!
