Chris Evans

A few years ago, we wanted to rent out our home and contacted Chris for help. He found a tenant in one day! After the lease ended, we decided to sell the home through Chris. He found a buyer in one day at a great price. Two transactions = two days. It doesn't get any better than that.

I worked with Chris from Sellect Realty just recently. Absolutely great experience. We had been home shopping for few months with other agents, but could not feel any connection. One of my friend recommended Chris. From first time meeting him, we knew that he was going to be our guy. Right away we can tell he had so much knowledge about all the aspect of the housing market. He "held" our hand from first step to all the way to closing.

Chris took the time to explain the entire process of purchasing a home. He helped arrange for house inspection and appraisal making sure items were repaired and we paid the correct market value. Since we were out of town and unable to do the final walk-through, he was nice enough to do that for us. He's very personable and knowledgeable and calmed all of our concerns.

We met Chris in an open house in Marietta, we trusted him and poured our heart telling him about our allergies and mold reaction we get since we had a moldy house years before. The house was nice but had air fresheners through out. When we went under contract he pressured us to put $10,000 earnest money and waive due diligence saying there’s another buyer which we found out it was a lie. We asked him to remove the air fresheners and when we went to walk thru the house smelled sour and like moldy smell. So we had to back off because we were so scared and lost our earnest money within couple of days just like that. He then start harassing us with emails to pay him commission and pressuring our agent to do the same. Our agent refused to do that. He ended up selling the house and collect commission but still He sued us in court and got commission from us too. It’s been like a night mare with him. He has no feelings or morals. He got 2 commissions. He’s greedy and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED.
