Jeanne help us make our lake lot more interesting to the buyers. Kind of like staging a house…by making the vacant lot more sellable so you could imagine a home on the lot. She was very professional and explained to us about vacant lots that we did not know. She suggested that we clear part of the land, so it wasn’t so forestry….where you could imagine a home being there…she helped us locate the right people to do the job. That was a great help bc we lived out of town, and was not familiar with who to contact. She had all the information we needed. Thanks to Jeanne Dufort, we sold our lake lot, in no time…when other agents told us it would be very hard to sell.
