Matt and the team at Hermes Realty Group were super! I got a referral to them from Dave Ramseys ELP program and I found the care and professionalism shown by Matt & his team were exceptional. Matt took the time to help me get everything in order needed to list my Moms estate and really helped us get the most for our property. Moms home place was difficult to get an accurate value for (home and 14 acres), so Matt suggested a 3rd party appraisal service with regional expertise. We were able to come up with a price that pushed the local market a little but was still very attractive. We got 3 offers in 24hrs, 2 of them for cash at asking price! Matt also recommended we go with an estate sale company to clear out the house, which we did and we were pleased with the results.
