Lisa Medders

Lisa Medders is an experienced REALTOR, investor, mentor, and former new construction sales manager serving Georgia and South Carolina. With more than 17 years in real estate, she brings strong negotiation, market knowledge, and honest communication to every transaction. Beyond real estate, Lisa is most proud of being a mother. Her oldest son is a decorated Army veteran, veteran firefighter, K9 Deputy Officer, and father of two boys. Her youngest son serves in U.S. Army Military Intelligence. Her daughter, Tori Anne Riley, passed away at 26 after a courageous battle with colon cancer. Toris legacy inspired Lisa to establish the Team Tori Foundation, supporting young adults fighting colon cancer and raising awareness. Lisas life experiences have shaped how she serves others. Whether helping a first time buyer, military family, seller, or investor, she believes every client deserves experience, honesty, compassion, and someone who will fight for their best interests.
