Benjamin Benomar

Benjamin was born in Paris, France and moved to the U.S. at a young age when his family pursued a business opportunity. He graduated as valedictorian and later earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech before starting his career in IT consulting with Fortune 500 companies. In 2017, he began investing in real estate, which quickly grew into a full-time business. Alongside his wife Lexi, he built Benomar Properties into a top-producing team, helping over 200 families buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Benjamin has hands-on experience across buying, selling, investing, renovations, and property management, giving him a well-rounded, strategic approach to every clients situation. Today, he is the co-founder and Managing Broker of Motto Realty in Atlanta, focused on delivering a high-level experience and helping clients win in a competitive market.
