Since then I have closed more than 300 sales and over $120M in volume, and I was named to the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association's 20 Under 40. Most of my work is on the listing side. I price from real comps, not wishful thinking, and I build a marketing plan for each home instead of plugging it into a template. Waterfront and lakefront property is my specialty. I lived on the lake in Delaney Park, so I know firsthand what drives value on the water: frontage, lake quality, dock rights and the details buyers ask about that most agents can't answer.
