Chris Butler

Chris was born and raised in Thomasville, GA and moved to Florida in 1988. She received an undergraduate degree in Accounting and a Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of Central Florida. After enjoying a successful career in public accounting for more than 10 years, Chris moved to the world of real estate development as Vice President of Finance for Pulte Homes in Orlando and later for KB Homes in Charlotte, NC and Vero Beach, FL. It is in the development and home building industry that her passion for residential real estate began. In 2007, Chris obtained her real estate license and began selling and investing in real properties with Weichert Realtors in Vero Beach. She went on to get her brokers license and open Villa Realty Associates in 2010 where she applies her market knowledge, creative negotiation skills, and customer centered focus to achieve successful results . Chris lives in the North Beach area with her husband and two teenage boys.
